Great Times This Past Weekend

I must say I have not had so much fun in quite a while....if you were there, sorry for the dancing. I just let the beat of the music carry me....lol. Happy to be able to celebrate with everyone at Jayson's graduation...did i forget to mention how much fun I had? Much thanks to bartender Scott! Had a great time with more great friends (and new neighbors to be)....had never been....a little more fun than the dog races in Corpus from what I remember when I was in jr. high....I got to bet this time...only lost $20..not too bad. =)

Back on the Blog Wagon

Well, did not know that there were that many people looking at our blog. I know when I began that I was not really concerned whether people were reading...i was just typing more for myself. But then I kind of got sidetracked and made the excuse that no one was reading anyway...Thanks for letting me know u do! Really made me feel good. Some works in progress this week for Jaydon's blog...

I made this scrapbook page on a different software, and wasn't sure if I would be able to post it...I'm kind of proud of myself!

WOW!!

Am I out of the loop! I had no idea how many people that I know have blogs.....and how long it's been since I've seen everyone. I admit, I felt kind of silly at first, when I started doing this (all of 2 or 3 days ago), but now I know I have some catching up to do. Actually, I'm glad to see that everyone is posting about their family and what's going on. I have tons of photos of Jaydon that I want to post as a way of scrapbooking them, because I'll never get around to using all of the ACTUAL scrapbook stuff that I have to make a scrapbook....;-( Anyway...I'd better get to bed...Day 5 coming up in oh, about 3 hours...legs hurt today, but surprisingly I am wide awake now....

(p.s... the time is wrong for some reason...it's 12:50. I know, Joel, I know. I am going to bed.

Day 4

Got up again at 4:45..would have kept sleeping if I knew how to turn off my alarm correctly. Arnie was there again...go Arnie! I had to bike today...toe is hurting from yesterday. 45 mins on the bike was great; however, I think I almost fell asleep or as close to it as possible....Very tired today....guess that's why I keep putting off much-needed cleaning. I have been taking things to Goodwill...feels good to have things gone, but I don't even feel like I've made a dent. Things keep appearing out of nowhere...or all of the little nooks and crannies that I pack them away in???

New Blogger

Jaydon officially has his own blog and his own email address (created to start the blog). He was thrilled to be sending emails to Joel, who received and responded right away. Any other fam members...watch out if I have your email addresses, I'm sure he'll be sending soon. He's already made a list of things he wants to talk about: Star Wars, Transformers (seeing the movie tomorrow), Pokemon, Bakugan, and I'm sure this will be the place to tune in for Christmas wish lists! He created his own Star Wars Movie using a camera and a toy R2-D2....check it out...coming soon! (As soon as I have time to sit down and find the cables...)

Early Bird....

Well, I got up at 4:45 and went to work out at 5 a.m. Thank you to Arnold who was there to keep me awake upon hearing the alarm...he's sacked out on the couch now. He had a long day at the groomer's, and then a stop at the vet to check on the cost of "The Surgery", and then to PetSmart to pick up some food. I'd say it was an Arnie Day. Pics to come soon....

Summer Resolution

Well, Joel and I joined a gym. I walked on the treadmill for 30 mins. on Saturday....took a day off on Father's day, but walked for 40 mins. today. They have a childcare room and Jaydon had fun. I plan to keep posting my workouts on here as some sort of documentation....I know it's boring...just skip over it!

Impulse....

I just visited a friend's blog, and on the spur of the moment, decided to create a blog. We'll see how it goes. Jaydon is kind of excited...he wants to add some things-He says he wants his 'own' website.
